Obiagwu Gabriel

Position: Managing Director

Mr. Obiagwu Gabriel is the managing director/ chief executive officer of resort securities and trust limited, he has gathered wide range practical experiences in audit, accounting, banking and investments at different stages of his career development. He has had top notch training in business driving forces and strategic business mapping with demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.

He obtained his BSc (Accounting) and MSc (finance) respectively from the University Of Lagos, Nigeria.

A fellow of the institute of chartered accounts of Nigeria, a fellow of the chartered institute of stockbrokers and an associate of the chartered institute of pension.

Dr Jibril Ibrahim

Position: Executive Director

He has years of experience in the capital market, finance, manufacturing, and production.

He holds a doctorate degree in business administration (marketing), masters of business administration, and masters in international relations and strategic studies ( all from Lagos State University ). He obtained a BSC in banking and finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State.

He obtained his BSc (Accounting) and MSc (finance) respectively from the University Of Lagos, Nigeria.

He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is a licensed commodities and futures exchange broker. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Management of Nigeria. He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

Samuel Francis Alayode

Position: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Mr. Samule is the chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the company. He is a qualified Associate member of the chartered institute of Bankers and have over 25 years cognate experience in banking in both London and Nigeria. He has stockbroking experience of 12 years. He is married with children.

Omose Francis Ayodele

Position: Accountant

Mr Omose Francis Ayodele was born in Lagos on 20th of September 1973 to a Soldier turned Politician and attended Army Children School, Apapa, Lagos from 1979-1985, Tin-Can Island High School, Apapa, Lagos 1985 ~ 1989 and Government College Lagos 1990 ~ 1991. He was admitted into the Kwara State Polytechnic for his Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.

He is a Qualified Accountant trained by the Nigerian College of Accountancy, Jos, the training arm of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria as a Certified National Accountant, he is also an Associate Certified Pension Administrator with Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, He currently at the Final Level of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (C.I.S)

SALAMI TUNDE ALABI

Poaition: Accountant

SALAMI TUNDE ALABI was born in Lagos on 1st of October 1989 to a Businessman dealing in all kind of building materials and attended Randle avenue Primary School, Surulere, Lagos from 1990-1991, Ideal Primary School, Oshodi, Lagos 1992-1996, Oshodi Comprehensive High School Oshodi, Lagos 1997-2003. He was admitted into the Lagos State Polytechnic for his Diploma in Business Administration in 2007 but left in 2010 for higher degree. He was later admitted into the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, Osun State 2010-2014 where he obtain Bachelor Degree (B.Sc) in Demography & Social Statistics (DSS). Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Head quarter Office Magbon, Abeokuta, Ogun State. He was in charge of Continuous Voters Registration (CVR). He was a member of Independent Corrupt Practices & Other Related Offices to monitored corps members activities in the district. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and a certified member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) He Joined Resort Securities & Trust Limited as an Accountant on 3rd October, 2022.

OKUNLOLA FOLAKE ESTHER

Poaition: Head, Human Resources and Admin

OKUNLOLA FOLAKE ESTHER (NEE OLAPADE)- Head, Human Resources and Admin. Folake has over nine years working experience in the capital market. She is currently Acting as the Head Human Resources and Admin Department while still serving as a Compliance Officer of Resort Securities and Trust Limited. Prior to this appointment, she served as Head, Customer Service before this position she was the Front Desk and CSCS Liaison Officer of Resort Securities and Trust Limited.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She had attended various seminars and trainings which includes training on Customer Care Service, Accounting and Compliance.
