Vice Admiral Samuel O. Afolayan (Rtd) (Chairman)

Vice-Admiral Afolayan (Rtd) was a distinguished career officer of the Nigerian Navy. He attended the Nigerian Defense Academy (NDA) from where he obtained a Psc (+) degree. He is also a fellow of the Nigerian War College (FWC). He reached the peak of his career when he served as the chief of Naval Staff from where he retired after years of meritorious service in 2005. He is currently into large scale commercial farming and is the chairman of Special Royal Farm, Osi, Kwara State.

Dr. Jibril has years of experience in the Capital Market, Finance, Manufacturing, and Production. He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Masters of Business Administration, and Masters in International Relations and Strategic Studies, all from Lagos State University . He is a fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Management of Nigeria. He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

Arc. Thomas Chukwuemeka Awagu (Director)

Arc T.C Awagu is an Architect and corporate administrator of great repute. He is the founding / Managing Partner of Pyramids Design Company (now Pyramids Plc), consultants in architecture, engineering, procurement, project management & cost estimating.

He earned a B. Sc. (Architecture) Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1973), and M.Sc. (Architecture) Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1976).He commenced his career as a Pupil Architect with Kwara State Ministry of works from 1973 to 1974, then joined the firm of Niger Consultants as an architect, from 1976 to 1980, before he established Pyramids Design Company in 1980.

His professional affiliations include Distinguished Fellow, Chartered Institute of Directors, Nigeria (DFIoD); Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA); and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
