Dr. Jibril has years of experience in the Capital Market, Finance, Manufacturing, and Production.
He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Masters of Business Administration, and Masters in International Relations and Strategic Studies, all from Lagos State University .
He obtained a BSc in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State.
He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is a licensed Commodities and Futures Exchange Broker.
He is an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Management of Nigeria. He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

Samuel Francis Alayode

Position:Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Mr. Alayode is the chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the company. He is a qualified associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and have over 25 years cognate experience in banking in both London and Nigeria. He has Stockbroking experience of 12 years. He is married with children.

SAMUEL KEHINDE OYEDIRAN

Position:Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Samuel is a Seasoned Financial Management Specialist with more than ten years of professional experience in spearheading finance and accounting operations, coordinating the effective preparation of financial reports, reviewing and improving systems to ensure productivity. Expertly guides management decisions by providing quality financial advisory and business insight. Contributed to overall business profitability by ensuring financial due diligence and compliance with regulatory standards. Has profound understanding of generally accepted accounting practice and international financial reporting standard, maintains and builds healthy stakeholder relationship with a focus on achieving strategic business goals.

He is an Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)and Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria(CITN), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (BSC) from Lagos State University, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Economics from University of Lagos and Advanced Diploma in Forensic Accounting & Investigation from OGE Business School. He has also acquired professional trainings from distinguished institutions such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (CITN).

Omose Francis Ayodele

Position: Accountant

Mr.Omose attended Army Children School, Apapa, Lagos from 1979-1985, Tin-Can Island High School, Apapa, Lagos 1985 ~ 1989 and Government College Lagos 1990 ~ 1991. He studied Accountancy at the Kwara State Polytechnic for his Diploma and Higher National Diploma while his Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) also in Accountancy was from the Nigerian College of Accountancy, Jos.

He is a Qualified Accountant with the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria as a Certified National Accountant (CNA) , he is also an Associate Certified Pension Administrator with Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria , He is currently at the Final Level of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (C.I.S)

Working Career:
He started his Professional Career with Programos Software Limited (Developers of Integra2000+ Softwares) in 2003 as Accounts and Software Support Officer in charge of Onikan and Ikoyi axis before joining Kapital Care Securities and Trust Limited as System Administrator in April 2006 before joining Afribank Securities Limited (MainstreetBank Securities Limited) as Internal Control Officer in 2007. His over 16 years activity in the Market has taken him through several other firms in the Nigerian Capital Market, where he acquired much experience in various segments of the Capital Market which include but not limited to Compliance, Internal Control, System Administration, Internal Audit and Accountancy. He Joined RESORT SECURITIES & TRUST LIMITED in 2023 as Manager, Finance Control Francis is married to Victoria Omose and blessed with Children.

OKUNLOLA FOLAKE ESTHER (NEE OLAPADE)

Position: Head, Human Resources and Admin

OKUNLOLA FOLAKE ESTHER (NEE OLAPADE) - Head, Human Resources and Admin. Folake has over nine years working experience in the capital market. She is currently acting as the Head Human Resources and Admin Department while still serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer of Resort Securities and Trust Limited. Prior to this appointment, she served as Head, Customer Service Unit. Before this position she was the Front Desk and CSCS Liaison Officer of Resort Securities & Trust Limited.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She has attended various seminars and trainings which includes training on Customer Care Service, Accounting and Compliance.
